Alright So I was not a kotak bank user before but since they launched their 811 banking platform I was quite intrigued to the idea of opening an account without the hassle of going to the bank! I downloaded the app and instantly within 5 minutes my account was opened just through Pan Card and Aadhar Card verification! They even offered a virtual visa debit card at the same time for online transactions! I also ordered a physical debit card and it was delivered quickly! Did some money transfers also with the 811 bank account and the experience was amazing! it was really fast and effective! Will recommmend Kotak Mahindra Bank to everyone.
