I have been customer of Kotak mahindra bank since last 3 years. I am their privy league customer. Hence they provide extra benefits to me.


Best thing about Kotak is 6% interest on Saving account. Also we can perform all kind of transactions on Netbanking and using Phone banking.


Once I called them and their agents were busy so I disconnected call. To my surprise, after 5 mins, I received a call from Kotak customer care asking for my problem. This was pretty good experience.
