Every one knows kotak mahindra bank is the 2nd largest private bank in the world. kotak is the only pays highest interest rate to the customers than other banks in the world. as stock broker I can assist that even for securities also it is good bank but in the market also it has good reputation but according to my knowledge and I heard some bad reviws for the account openings and in someother aspects.but in some aspects it should be improved like improving the customer satisfactiion
