Its wire transfer service is also quick takes 4-5 working days. Internet banking is also awesome. Lots of features are available over internet banking such as deposit, transfer by NEFT and other ways.
It has toll free number. Its really good. Your queries are resolved immediately. I had faced the issue of 5000 RS. Amount deducted from account but not received from ATM, they create a ticket and gets resolved it in 5-6 working days. Its awesome experience with Kotak customer care. Their ATMs are available in most of the places. There is no cash problem in the ATM. Its awesome.
