Am using Kotak Bank account since 2 years but I have not mentioned my mobile no due to avoid unwanted calls, 1 month back I forgot my netbanking password & I submitted my mobile number and to regenerate new password they will take 1 month(this is ok for safe banking).
The problem is after 1 month when I called they say your PAN details are not updated and they will send form and it is chargeable.
My question when I have issued my PAN at the time of opening an account and if your staff has not updated why am responsible for this.
PUBLIC BEWARE THIS BANK IS ALSO LIKE OTHER BANKS( ICICI, CITIBANK) they want to make money as much as possible.
if you forget your password they will arrange the same but at a cost.
