TODAY I am gonna let you guys know my personal views and experience with kotak bank.
Kotak mahinda bank is a indian private sector bank which has its branches and atms in almost every city
of india. Kotak bank deals in savings account, Fixed deposits, investment, mutual funds and etc.
I do use kotak phone banking an consider it as one of the best and easiest mobile banking to use.so its user friendly along with best safety standards in practices.
I love the way it simpliefied the mobile banking app for transfer of funds, mobile recharges, shopping, paying of bills and utilities.
The auto debit facility whether it is for paying up of my bills or monthly systematic investment planning is superb.we can trust it blindly it does accurately.
So the basic point is kotak bank mobile app is best in the market and user friendly interface.
THE only problem with kotak bank is thier customer care contact number which most of the times does not connects when in urgency.So dts definitely a draw back I should mention along with all its other good prospects.
