I agree with the review and I had also similar experience with the bank.Many times I visited Kotak Bank for other purposes and each time I had bitter experience. Once it was for personal loan. Even I had a salary account in Kotak, it was difficult for me to get a personal loan, finally I got it very easily from other bank. They have very poor customer service and the people in bank is not cooperative.
