Kotak visa debit card is presented by kotak bank and it is avisa debit card which is acceptable to the visa enabled merchandise shops and visa enabled ATM's.i did not understand why the ratings of this card is low.i think it is for the low popularity of this bank.but the bank is very reliable and good relationship with the customer .i first open a kotak 811 account.it is very simple and take just a minute to open this account .afterwards I complete kyc and therfore get a visa debit card with pay just rs 199/annum.it is very cheap price.i recommend this card to everyone
