A family friend of ours has been working for this Kotak Mahindra Bank at Bangalore as the Area Sales Manager for almost a year now.
He described about various aspects of the job. He get no proper leaves from the job, no proper time management, could take breaks but then would fall behind in the work.
Communication vacuum. No proper feedback mechanism to manage human resource well. The Management doesn't listen to people on the ground and there are also no proper feedback mechanism by the management so the proper maintenance of the employees could be taken care of.
There can be better interaction with the employees so that they can work freely. There has to better connect for the top brass with team below.
