I have a salary account in kotak with account number 9011618662, and i've been mainting this account for years. since then I never used any services presuming to be a fine bank until now when I requested for simple BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT for my last 3 months to be e-mailed. I requested my concern on the app were I did receive an e-mail with attachment but when you open that its a blank page(happened twice). I later called the support person at 11.17 PM(i don't remember name) and being a customer support person I believe the primary role of his designation is to help the customer. even if he cant he needs to be polite enough to say no and transfer the call to his superior to be acknowledged, things got that worse that I had to stop the person for being rude on the call. It is simply being a hassle for am ordinary man. please! I am again requesting to resolute
