Kotak Mahindra bank, a very big name in the banking sector But still is worst among all. I faced big two issues with them. Firstly, with Demat Acc and then regarding banking service.
I strongly recommend all not to open a demat account with them. While opening the account they will say yearly 700-800 rupee only, but here comes the tricks. They never say or tell the other charges that comes along with it monthly basis. I was in shock when they started deducting in thousands on name of demat account. When complained and contact them, they donot reply timely and when they does they start using so many technical terms that obviously common person wont understand.
Other than this, their AMC's are high and they shut any service according to their convenience, such as cash pick up and deposit. So for me they are cheaters and one should really avoid them,
