Kotak life insurance (#Kotak life insurance, #KLI, #Smart Advantage)- Full miss-selling, misguiding by agents... No ethics, no proper channel to even lodge complaints. The kotak cliet service desk and grievance cell are total crap. DO NOT EVEN RESPOND TO EMAILS. Will keep on fooling the customers (#IRDA)-IRDA please help the retail investors and common public get back money. Kotak life is grabbing the hard earned money of the people.
I have full written emails and proofs of how this company makes a fool of customers... does not respond to complaints within timelines as per guidelines of IRDA. Lie and miss-sell. WHY ARE AUTHORITIES NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
