Dear readers, friends, this is my humble request and advice to everyone that please never believe on the sales executive of insurance firm because they are cheaters and absolutely frauds and they will claim and promise you anything to you to sell their service and will also give you false promises and offer you all fake options and they are just concerned about their business no matter whatever they have to say and no matter how much fool they make this is totally illegal . A executive of kotak mahindra came to me an offer for opening a saving account in their bank for which I gave him a cheque of rs 10000 and I get my saving a/c opened with their bank . after 15 -20 days executive, his name is Gaurav approached me and explained the benefit OF ONE OF THEIR PLAN and he explain me about it and benefits.but after going all through this I came to decision that I will not opt for insurance and reply him that I am not interested in it. after few days he came to me and ask me if I am interested in current account then I ask him to tell all details and requirement and he told me about all details and I get agreed to it and ask him to open another account and he ask me to get form filled and as I was in hurry and as I have open account I just signed documents at all places wherever he asked me to. I gave him a cheque of rs 15000 in name of kotak mahindra .after few days when I received no calls and information regarding same I thought to inquired about the same and they told me that they have not received any form regarding current account opening under my name and I was shocked and worried what ia all this what kind of fraud is this as I had issued a cheque in name of kotak so I was not worried then I checked my account details and found that the cheque has been already cleared . I called gaurav many times but he dnt answer my call and when I used to call office I was answered that he is not of this branch .later I discovered that my cheque that was cleared was cleared for some insurance which anyone could have told was unfaiir /the few things which clearly show that I was cheated are as below:-
1) the cheque I gave for current account which was used to sell insurance was of amount Rs 15000 whereas the amount of premium for the insurance which I was sold by cheating was approx 15500 approximately .so the question I asked them was how do they gave me insurance whose premium was more than 15000 for 15000 do they will give others also at less premium than told or stated. they teply me that the balance amount of your premium was paid in cash.i ask them how is possible that you gave your insurance to anyone like this where payment for single transaction are made through more than one mode. they had no answer and simply said we cannot help you in this .
2) As per the latest law and regulation passed by government authorities their was one law as per which they confirmed regarding the insurance done with person itself by calling him on his mobile .but I never received any call from them and when I told them no one ever called me nor I received any call from them, then they replied that sir its not possible that they haven't called you .they would have called you but it might be you didnt pick or answer the call . I agree them as I am generally busy and could not answer all call and I asked them ok if they may have called then how can they take it my confirmation if they havenot talked me and why didn't call me back again then again they have no answer .
3) I came to know one more thing that to protect people from being cheated their is one more provision that there is a 15 days time from date when customer received the documents and booklet etc through courier and customer can reject the insurance and the amount is refunded back but in my case they told me that I have been delivered the same and they have p.o.d /( proof of delivery) . I was shocked to see in receipt that someone has signed on my behalf and when I ask them this is not my signature and I havenot received any documents and I ask them to refund my amount then they replied sorry sir your 15 days time has passed we cnt help you . so friends whatever may happen what ever benefits and income their executive may claim never buy insurance from kotak mahindra. if there will be any rating for companies making people fool and doing fraud then no doubt mahindra will be at top and no one can even compete them.
