I feel this review is:
For 1 month, I am waiting for getting a solution from kotak. Doubt if they have some professionalism and behave like a private company. pathetic service. for a simple new user issue, they have hell a lot of problems.
their cc executives do not know if the issue has been rectified. they tell the customer to try registration and if problems, complain again. means no testing done for solution given.
poor webiste with no proper refresh of code option
no cc executive on sunday night 10 pm. if not availabe, a machine voice should communicate the same. poor service again.
Nowadays, govt departments are faster than this company. really its time they woke up.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
