I have paid 5 years in Kotak Life insurance for policy # 02008206 and I want to withdraw now but as per the policy I will not get the 1st year amount of 18 K it seems & will get only the 4 years amount after deducting 2% charges.
What the hell is this? While taking policy the agent told after 3 years at any time I can withdraw without any deductions with interest but now they will not give my complete money which I have invested also & more over deducting charges of 2%.If I would have deposited in any SB account bank will pay good interest for 5 years & also providing life cover as well. why the hell we should take policy from Kotak life.
Completely cheating the customers to take the policy & really there will not be any benefit from Kotak life more over will loose our hard work money which we have invested with very difficulty.
Please don't take any policy from kotak Life insurance since you will definitely loose your money & will not get any interest also.
