I feel this review is:
Kotak Life Insurance highly unprofessional. I had taken life Insurance policy for my son paid all 18 premiums. Last premium paid short since the amount was changed.I asked the executive if I need to pay this balance amount .On phone the executive agreed to waive off Rs 35 paid short for final Insurance premium and in realty to make money they trouble the customer sending letters adding the interest on interest. I will never buy their product or recommend.
