See how Kotak Insurance is cheating to the people.... I received a call from Kotak for their new plan which they guaranteed for double amount in 3 years. The picture was very positive so I meet with their manager at my place he explained me the plan. So I decided to
To purchased a kotak life insurance 'Kotak Smart Advantage Plan' of 50K per year premium.Here my badluck starts, After one week I received the document their I found that the plan explained to me and the document I received both are totally different. Their executives also done the duplicate signature of my wife on the document. So I decided to widraw the policy and take the refund.
I called up the executive and told him I wanted to cancel my policy he mentioned just give the application on blank paper and plan will be cancelled any I shall get the refund in one week. From that day I was used to call daily to that executive and further their manager.
When I asked about my refund they talked with me arrogantly. Also they threaten me.After one month I called their service center they mentioned that they didn't received any cancellation letter. They mentioned to complain about those executive and their manager I did the same.Two months later also I have not received any refund, I have a doubt that these people are going eatup my money.Please Please never by Kotak Life Insurance policy they will just squize you.
