Do not trust Kotak Mahindra Bank at all, it lamps the money of the poor from the account, the customer service is zero, the call center service is zero and does not take care of the customer at all. Salary 8800 has been deducted from my account from my salary account. Calling the bankers when i asked why my money was deducted i don't know and where is it deducted i want to know i inquired in two branches but the bankers didn't help me then i called customer care Then I came to know that my money has been deducted by the bankers, when I asked them what this deduction is for, they told me that this is the maintenance charge, which the bank has deducted. Deduction has happened from my account after 7 days of continuous call the call center took my complaint and after 7 days I get a call from bank and they tell me that your credit card money has been deducted from your account but I have never used any credit card till date nor do I have any Kotak Bank credit card, yet they have deducted ₹ 8800 from my account when I told the bankers that I can use any credit card. And whatever my charges have been deducted, refund me back, said the bankers We cannot refund this money, the deduction that has been done is from the bank itself, we cannot help you in this, this bank people have bothered me a lot for 7 days, save my salary money by deducting 8800 next people I am not giving and I am being told a lie that you were informed that the maintenance charges for this thing will be deducted from your account, so please do not do whatever this bank uses, save your money.
