Well Kota is my hometown and I am aware of each and every single thing.
Basically kota has earned its own reputation with the big cities in india with the fast growing population its popularity is very much high. Kota which is generally famous for its coaching institutions has earned the name of education hub cityof India. Which is a very unique and highly rated reputation it has earned but what kota lacks is the airport.
Being a part of smart city it should accommodate a good properly connected airport.
Though airport is present in kota but is not well maintained and only private jets are allowed.
The airport is very much situated in a very nice place on the Highway with all the basic amenities surrounded including hotels malls markets.
There was a time when airport was about to be built-in kota but the plan was taken away bu the Congress government. But now this is too much for all the people living in this city because airport will make life's of people very much simpler. People will have an extra mode of transportation instead of traveling in trains.
The airport is built on a very wide open land which can consists of parking and a long lane.
Kota which is a very big place and famous one too with so much history attached to it must consists of an airport.
