I live in Bangalore for a few years now and I do run on weekend mornings either in Lal Bagh or Cubbon Park. I mostly used to go to MTR after my run to reward myself :)
Very recently I discovered that Koshy's do serve good breakfast. So last Sunday (July 19, 2009) I went to Koshy's on the St Marfrom Cubbon Park. (Its very near to Cubbon park)
Wow! What a breakfast it was!!!
I ordered a Scrambled egg with toast, Apam + mutton Stew and a tea pot (its really big one). My friend ordered a Mushroom Omelette and I tasted that as well. Every thing was so tasty and good. The tea was amazing and there was an amazing flavor and freshness in it.
However as compared to places like MTR and any other South Indian breakfast joint, it is a bit on the expensive side. By the way, they serve beer as well. I saw couple of people having beer in the breakfast itself ;) I loved the food so much and so Koshy's is my latest favorite for weekend breakfast :)
