On 16-10-2010 I purchased a Koryo tea maker from Big bazzar old madras road branch in Bangalore. Unfortunately it was not working from the day of the purchase. When I called M/s Koryo immediately and requested them for service, I was informed that there is no door service for the tea-maker and I should take it to the service centre. Even after telling them I haven’t even used it and I need a replacement, they were quite indifferent. I took the product to their service centre in Wilson garden.
The service was very pathetic. I forced myself to meet the manager, who was so reluctant to even answer my queries. I was told the tea maker was just launched and they do not have any spare to rectify the product. I requested for a replacement but they refused. Now it is more than three months and still there is no solution. They do not even call and tell the status unless I call them. The ready made answer they have for all the queries is ‘ Give us some time we will call you’ which they will never do.
