I live in Bhilai. I have bought a Koryo DVD player from Big Bazaar Raipur. Developed problem in its power card after two months. No on/off. Taken to authorised service station in Raipur, but a lock welcomed us. Player taken back to big bazaar and met Koryo authorised technician. He examined the player and said the spare will come from Bangalore and then will get repaired. That too rudely with no remorse that his product have developed a snag. It has been more than one month, but it is still lying un Big Bazaar for want of spare. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR KORYO PRODUCTS. IN MY VIEW THERE IS NO SERVICE SUPPORT.
I AM LUCKY THAT MY ONLY 2000 rS ARE BLOCKED.
