Koovs might showcase the newest trends of cloths and accessorizes on the page but the same does not apply to it's website uplift. it has no options for "CANCEL" the order nor edit the order. well it does not even have a valid telephone number to contact. I had yesterday e-mailed to KOOVS about the return policy on their application and till now I have not received anything concerning that. I'M SCARED if the products are actually going to be delivered.

We would like to inform you that we do have an option on website to cancel any cash on delivery order and for prepaid order you need to give us a call or send an email with your order details and preference for refunds, so that we may cancel and raise the refund accordingly.
