Will give you conclusion in the introduction, buy only on cash on delivery if you really should buy from them.
After reading reviews from mouthshut.com I hesitated to pay and buy from koovs.com, although they had tempting prices and offers.
For vacation I was hitting the road and thought about getting a car charger, got reasonably good price from this website and placed an order for cash on delivery on 17.12.2011.
Until today, it did not reach me. Although their staff had called me twice to reconfirm the order. There were things at this website I needed for which cash on delivery was not available. But fortunately I have had some good reviews in mouthshut.com not to trust koovs.com.
I request koovs.com to increase its efficiency rather than appoint some fraudsters to write review for them, to cheat people.
