I purchased an Iphone screen gaurd from their site, first of all they have not sent any order confirmation email to me. On waiting for couple of days, I contacted customtakeouter support only to be informed that my transaction has been declined (which actually is not the case). I contacted my bank and double checked that transaction indeed has been processed in the name of "AXIO PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIOMUMBAI IN".
When I contacted Koovs again with this information, they confirmed they have received the payment and asked me to contact at Aruna@Koovs.com for discount coupon which I promptly did. Haven't received any confirmation or acknowledgement yet. Keeping my fingers crossed!!! and dropping an email again with a copy to info@koovs.com and support@koovs.com
But the experience till now has been BAD.
If this is the way these sites are going to operate than people will never have any trust on online shopping. I had a brillaint experience shopping online in UK and US and found it to be most convenient way to shop and to get best deals but Indian websites if give this kind of experience to end users then God Save Them.
Online shopping needs more trust from end users as everything is happening without a physical interface or access to actual product.
As of now, I would suggest people to stay away from sites like these!

This is 20th Oct, almost a month since I placed the order, no sight of receiving the same. Too frustrated. Every time I call up customtakeouter support, I get a new commitment (of course for never to be fulfilled). Reason is: they do not have product available and are awaiting delivery (Not sure why the hell they have put it on their website).
STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS WEBSITE
