I purchased a card reader on 18.08.2011 from their site.It is priced at Rs.99/-(including shipping) and I got a Rs.50/- discount on it.I was writing at their facebook page to ship the product at the earliest.


On 27.08.2011 got an mail 11.08 P.M saying shipping details were updated  and checked my shipping details on my koovs account and found following details.


AWB NO:13249176581
Courier:Blue Dart


After tracking the AWB number at Bluedart.com I found that product was shipped on 24.08.2011 and shipped backed to origin on 27.08.2011. I got no emails, sms in between these days informing me about the shipment.


Now peoples please check it yourself how much koovs.com is  professional? Due to their fault of informing me late the Courier  Company returned shipped the product from my city.And further they  shipped the product through Blue Dart which don’t even deliver at my pin  code.Still I could have collected the shipment as the Blue Dart office  is only 5-6KMs away from my residence.But due to their late information I  even did not have the AWB Number to track the  order online. This needs attention of all the online shoppers.


For me its only Rs.50/- order, but peoples with bigger orders beware.


I sent them email informing about the problem and also updated about it in their facebook page wall.But they did not even bother to answer.Finding no other way I am writing this review.Hope shoppers will know how koovs.com is professional in running their business.


Now lets see what happens next.


EDIT: This afternoon(30.08.2011) got a call from Koovs.com and person on the call sounded very well mannered . He informed that they will reship the product. Hope I get the product as soon as possible


BROKEN ITEM AT LAST


They reshipped the item on 06.09.2011 through DTDC.Collected this product from DTDC office at my area this evening.After  opening the package I found that card reader is broken in the back side.  Its their fault that they didnot properly packed the so delicate item. I  am regular online shopper and keep ordering pen drive and other  electronics producst from ebay.in, letsbuy.com and homeshop18.com  etc. Every online seller takes special care while sending these kind of  products and always wrap them with special plastic protective  Papers(Bubble Wrap Plastic papers).But after opening the product I can  only see the normal plastic case of the card reader.


SURPRISE:NEW ITEM DELIVERED TODAY


I got a surprise of my lifetime when a New Card Reader was delivered  today(09.09.2011).Earlier defective product was shipped on 24.08.2011  and this new item was shipped on 05.09.2011. The new card reader has no defects and is working properly.Again I attach photos of the defective product and the item delivered today with respective bills.
