Got my order without extra shipping charge. They also returned my entire billing amount. They said that they have made this exception only for me as I am their valued customer(blah). I heaved a sigh of relief and promptly unsubscribed to their sms and mails. Actually, I have recently unsubscribed to many other shopping sites too. Their offers are like golden deer, only illusion.

Here is the update

I was very happy to see the promo codes for Rs 200/- each and tried to exchange it for the next size. To avoid shipping charges, I shopped for Rs 550/-. Guess what? I could use only one promo code of Rs 200/- only. They say to get back the rest of the money, I need to shop for another 400/- and use the remaining promocode. So, to get back Rs 400/-, I will be spending another Rs 400/- and more. I will not get anything for the exact amount. So, I will be forced to spend nearly Rs 1000/- due to returns. No wonder their size chart is so faulty. Why correct it when it is so profitable? I have uploaded proofs. If you still want to shop from them, you must really like misery.

How is it that there are so many people writing positive reviews about koovs and they would have written only one review? How is it that they want to praise koovs and no other sites? Very fishy!

I will go straight to the point. I have shopped thrice in koovs and returned them twice and another time I thought it was not worth the effort and used what was delivered.

First time, I had bought 2 kurtas and both did not fit me as the size was not according to the size chart. I had to exchange them after waiting for a long time and after many phone calls to and fro. Let me tell you something. They have one of the best customer care people I have ever come across.

Two ladies called Kiara and Sonakshi generally attend my queries and they are so good that you will even feel good about getting all the muck splashed on your face. The exchanged kurta was so large that I had to alter the whole kurta and it kind of looks like an obese person who has gone through a sudden weight loss.

This time I ordered USI tees. As usual, their size chart was faulty. According to their chart my size person should buy size 6. Due to the previous experience, I bought size 12 and it is still too tight. So, I asked for an exchange. I got phone calls with assurances and regrets and promises.

It was picked up by aramex courier on 12th, April, AWB no.3753987355. Today is 19th and they have not even acknowledged the receipt of the products. This makes the whole process of shopping such a hassle.  I am yet to get the coupons. Given below are few of their pros and cons.

Pros:-

1) Beautiful website with beautiful clothes.

2) Prompt delivery

3) Most amazing customer care. The kind who can sell sand to an Arab. They can lull you into complacency.

4) Fast delivery for COD orders. Of course they need your money.

Cos:-

1) Pricey. Not for bargain hunters.

2) Size issue. They really need to do something about their size charts.

3) Not much info about the products.

4) Exchange process is painful. In spite of sending a detailed mail about the problem, you will still get atleast two calls asking about the problem.

5) Non delivery and lack of communication about the non availability. My husband ordered a dress for my daughter's b'day, neither did they deliver the dress, nor did they answer the mails we sent them.

You fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
