Very bad. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I had ordered a product from koovs.com and it has taken me ages but still no refund. There are many other better companies to go with. Not sure if they are cheating people and keeping the money. There are so many people who have been frustrated from Koovs.com
Better go with other players like snapdeal, mydala, sosasta and dealsandyou.
