Higher Prices and No taste. Review on Konkan Sagar, Santacruz, Mumbai

As I am from Konkan I went to this to this restaurant so to have a taste of Konkan food after a so much time but this restaurant is simply a normal restaurant.There s no knonan food taste in its food and simply going to this restaurant for just tasting the food will be a sheer waste of time.

Location;

This restaurant is located in Khar Mumabi and it is located near the railway station so we did not find any difficulty in locating the restaurant.

Ambience of Restaurant:

Frankly speaking the appearance  was not a wow everywhere and the wall color combination was cool and eye soothing.It was nicely ventilated and had fans on each and every table.

Serving time of food:

The serving time was not that long and it came on time as expected.The waitor who served the food was a nice person with a pleasing personality.

Food and Presentation:

Here comes the main part, the long awaited food.No matter what how the restaurant looks or how good is the staff finally the food of the restaurant will decide the final score of the restaurant and in this case I would give this restaurant just 2 out of 10 for the so called konkani food.The food taste was average, no doubt in it but I don't know why they called it Konkani food as there was nothing in it which can taste like the food of Konkan.We ordered the non veg food but was disappointed with it completely.

Value for money:

In this restaurant you will get food to eat but it will not be the true value for money and justice to the name of Konkan food.

Prices and Billing:

The rates of the food items were not too high but  even they should have charge low prices, because they can charge high prices if they are giving the original konkan taste to the food.

Finally I would not suggest this restaurant to you if you are looking for konkani food restaurant, check for another restaurants of Konkani food.
