Bought 32 inch tv from Flipkart in May, 2018. Stopped working in September, 2018. Called cc of Kodak to launch a complaint. The cc rep. asked me to give 5 stars in Flipkart reviews to get another extended wareanty for 3 months. Didn’t do so in spite of being repeated attempts by cc rep. Complaint made on 22/9/2018. The tech visited on 28/9/2018. Tech told that the plate indide the tv not working and needs to be replaced. Tech told that it will be done within 2 days. Today is 9/10/2018 and still the company has not send the part. Checked with tech, but he tld that he was helpless as he cant do anything until he gets part from the company. By the way, I have come to know that no dealer sells this led branded as KODAK. the company makes this led in Noida, and sells all the tvs to Flipkart at throwaway prices. Flipkart sells this crap on their website by alluring the people with big discounts like 10% less on hdfc bank cards. Flipkart is the one, who is responsible for the servicing of the tv afterwards. That is why, such a pathetic service is being provided. In my life, I have never seen a tv broken in lesss than 4 months of its purchase. So, I would like to tell the readers to use their due diligence while purchasing anyting costly from Flipkart especially Kodak tv. Thanks for reading.
