On 18.11.2007 Mr.Vishal called us(me and my husband) for presentation at Andheri(east) Hotel Imperial Palace near Vishal hall at 8.00pm. Mr. Vishal didnot explained us about it. He just ask us 3 simple questions and told us that we have won a gift which we have to collect it from above mentioned address. In last 2-3 months this was 3rd call for the same reason. But as we were not interested and also due to busy schedule we didn't went there. But this time as it was sunday we went there to see what exactly it is.
At Introduction they told us that they are employees of Bajaj Group. They showed us certificate of incoporation and also told us histry of Bajaj group Then they told us Bajaj Group is now getting in Resort business and Highland Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd. is as company which they have started. Then they gave us presention. One college going boy explained us about all the resorts and there memberships in clubs. First he introduced himself that he is from London after some he said from childhood he is living in Juhu after some time he said he lives in Andheri itself. Then he asked us about our Monthly income, people in family, eduction, earnings in the family etc. just ot find out our actual economic status so to raise there package amount. They showed us 10years membership for Rs.39000/-in Highland Holiday company. At the end of the presentation there executive was not in position to solve some of our queries on money part. so we said No for there membership. At the begining only they told us that we have to take the decision at that time only.
But when he came to know that our answer is No he started misbehaving with us. He directly told us that it is our caste because of which we are not taking this opportunity. He also added that instead of being maharastrian if we would have been gujarathi we would have taken this opportunity immediatly. One of his sindhi friend went on for the holiday even though his father was on bed and in bad condition from last 2 years. We went because he was sindhi. Maharastrians donot understand how to enjoy life. He also said that there gift vouchers are also useless for us as we will not use it for going out.
Finaly we left the hotel by telling him that to enjoy life it is not neccessary to go out in expensive resorts. One can also enjoy life living in his/her own house with there family, caste whatever may be.
After searching on internet I came to know that this company is making false statement by using name of Bajaj Group. Below is a statement from Bajaj Group official site.

We or any of our group companies do not have any connection or relationship whatsoever with these people or the above referred company. Any person responding to any misleading claims, representations or advertisements shall, therefore, do so at his/her own risk and peril.
The public should deal with such parties with extreme caution and make only informed decisions in the matter
This Notice is issued in public interest.
It shows that Highland Holiday Homes are using name and goodwill of Bajaj Group illegelly and nobody is interested in taking action against it. Bajaj Group had removed his responcibilty by issuing above statement on their site. But what about common people who donot have any idea about this?
Whose responsibilty is this? I also reported misbehaviour of that person to his company through email but no response received till date. How can anybody insult someone by making statement on their caste?
I want comments and response from all u people?
Please reply on this If u think all these things are wrong. I still have that gift voucher with myself what they issued to us on 18.11.2007
