Calls get routed properly with various kind of call hunting options. All calls are recorded and made available on cloud for download any time you want.
I was able to get the number I wanted. I wanted Airtel and I got the Airtel phone number. It worked for me. The call quality is very good.
Also I was able to connect it to Freshdesk I use in the company. They have integration with most of the CRM. The Freshdesk integration works flawlessly.
No wonder so many customers use their services. In terms of the size of the company, they are more than 10 times of other players in the market.
