Women: Prevention is better than cure!. Review on Knowing More About Diseases / Illness

Most dangerous thing today the women facing is the breast cancer and its related diseases.  I would like to discuss about the increasing awareness of breast cancer issues, especially the importance of the early detection and also encouraging women to take charge of their own breast health, by practicing regular self-breast exams, making sure to schedule an annual mammogram, adhering to prescribed treatment and knowing the facts about recurrence.

Breast cancer is most common cancer in the woman.  Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that grows in one or both breasts.  Malignancy means progressive and resistant to treatment and tending to cause death.  They generally originate in the milk-producing areas.  Only now in these two decades, breast cancer has influenced most women.  Till the women breast fed their child, they did not give room to such a dangerous disease.  Also I have heard that this is slightly congenital, but not sure of that technically.  Beware of this and take neccessary prevention and take balanced diet.

When women gets menopause, automatically they will get weaker than what they are now, except a few.  We no need to worry about the minority.  Calcium level will go low, that results in osteoporosis, kyphosis, osteoarthritis, etc.  If you are aware of the diseases that might come in the future, you can be more cautious of those dangerous evils.  Because women are the back bone of the family.  You have more responsibility in coordination of family, peace in the family, and bring happiness within the family.  I have seen a few family of my friends and relatives who are affected because their mother having some chronic illness(Chronic illness means disease you have for more than years).  Generally the untreated or not properly treated cancers will spread to the other parts of the body.  In general, women who were affected with breast or uterus cancer, which were not treated properly, after few months the physicians found that the cancer spread to the lungs, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary area.

You may think why must we worry about this now, but prevention is better than cure.  I do not know that I have properly started or ended with what I came to say.  Usually I have seen a friend affected with this in her younger age and got mastectomy.  Now she is totally in a depressed state.  I do not want to happen to any one of my friends.  Even though I am male, I like to convey this through this blog.  Every male must try to know his better half's health imformation, because than males females are mostly affected by cancer worldwide and make them feel that I am with you always at any cost.  I am following this strictly.
