Ah such a boring and slow movie. The movie starts with the hero wandering through the streets of Vegas in a bike shirt ripped apart. The voice over tells that he got married to some 11 girls for green card purpose. Cant they imagine that the US Authorities are not this dumbos to let marry a guy 11 times in a short span? Ok assume they are dumbos as per the Basu/Roshan's. Enters the movie second heroine Kangana. She a dancer and develops a soft corner towards the hero. But the logic is not explained. I would say she totally wasted. Initially our hero declined her offer but later accepted when coming to know about her financial background. She the daughter of a casino owner Kabir Bedi who has a got a house similar to the one I have seen in a mail which was circulated recently claiming to be SRK's Mannat. She got a brother named Tony or something and he gets engaged to a beauty Barbara our heroine who keeps smiling the entire movie.
Again I dont know the reason haha. Here comes the crucial part. Our Mr.J develops a passion for Natasha. And vice versa. Here is the problem. We dont understand why they have this passion. Is it because he saw her well toned body under the water or her die for legs? There is not even a one percent chemistry. The engagement happens and she gets abused by her husband. J comes in and kicks him and flee from the place. Then come the second part where the hero and the heroine starts running in the entire deserted area of Vegas chased by her husband and his guards.
Too many cars turned upside down. Sadly we dont get a thrill after seeing the car chase. Just feels out of place.
Too many killings in the end and as we expect happens the climax. The most hyped movie of the century. Anurag Basu really wasted his talents. I can feel this happened because of the excess money put in. Money should be used only to show the story. Not to prove that we have excess fund and so we spending. Hrithik has been able to prove his dancing skills. Barbara is good as an actor but director concentrated on only capturing her smile and her well toned body.
Entire audience were praying to get the movie over as soon as possible. Too slow in between.I feel sad for the director who has directed good movies like Life in a Metro directed this dud. Maybe the excess money spoiled his thoughts. I would give the movie 2 out of 5 star and thats what I see most of the critics given for this as well. I feel sad for the guys/girls who paid a whopping 350 as ticket for this movie. Luckily I paid only 90 for the morning show. Haha
