I have travelled with Virgin Atlantic in the past on this route and thought that they offered excellent service. But when I travelled with Knigfisher it definitely became the best experience. The airhostesses were very efficient and smart. They just couldnt seemed to do enough for you. The entertainment system was better than Virgins.Food was also excellent with great choice and quality. One could see that the selection proess and the training period really hones the crew. I work in the leisure industry in the UK and am aware of how we have to provide great service. So I was highly impressed with theirs.
My brother travelled on a seperate flight with them and found it to be the best as well. Mind you he flies London-Mumbai-London atleast 4 times a year, and has travelled with many different airlines in the past. We were both so impressed with it that we actually brought it up in conversation after we met in Mumbai coz it was really a fabulous experience.
We both travelled in February and the London-Mumbai route had only been recently started so I hope it wasnt just good service coz of this reason. Based on my first trip would definitely recommend it.
