Kingfisher Airlines claim to have Dynamic fare policy, where fare is cheap if you book early.


This is absolutely wrong method to attract the customers and fool them, as it would be clear form what happened to me.


I booked on 10-Mar-2009 three tickets from Lucknow-Bangalore sector for journey on 09-Jun-2009. The fare charged from me for booking made was Rs. 4971/- per person. My PNR No. is JLVQAI. But, presently, on 17-04-2009, the cost of the ticket for the same sector and for the same date of journey is only Rs. 3229/- per person. It is surprising that I am charged higher fare even though I booked quite early. There must be some system problem.


I have been sending mails to "GuestCare" of Kingfishers and talking to their call centre for addressing this problem. But I have got no reply from them as yet. One such call centre executive said, "no-one can help you out". That means, the customer is HELPLESS in Kingfisher Airlines.


I think, here with Kingfisher, the customer is not the king, it is the Kingfisher who is the king!
