I have traveled through many holiday packages- in India. My experience with the Kingfisher Holiday packages was the worst. They take 5-6 days to confirm and give a booking Id. then only one individual will know what are the details of the booking !! (Top level secret - no one else can even open a computer database to see what the booking id is about !!) . Never they respond to the e-mails.
After you wait for 25 minutes on an STD line, they tell "the concerned person" would call you back. After an hour or so, when you call again, they inform, that the person "left for the day" and no one else can help. On the next day, when we try to call, after keeping you on hold for another 15 minutes, they tell the person is "on leave" and wait till the person reports (God knows when!?!). You have no option, but to wait. When we try to talk to any supervisor, they say, they are "not available" or "on leave".
Perhaps, even in an utterly bureaucratic environment, things would work better. I don't believe, only an individual can handle some work in an organization and everyone else is helpless, in his/her absence. No professionalism and utter chaos?
Please don't let a subsidiary bring bad name to its parent. I am an irate "frequent flier" of Kingfisher Airlines (Membership #024781422)and I do not feel loyal to King Fisher any more.
