I got a very expensive one 5 years ago and suddenly started to sink. They took it for refilling it instead of replacing it for a new one and they returned it broken on the sides.I’m a medical Doctor and I have been suffering for a year and a half of lower back pain and instead of replacing it for a new one the only solution they will give you is to “refill” it. Now I moved houses and I slept in another bed and finally I’m feeling better so I know my pain was from this matress…I have never seen that in Europe, as instead of refilling good brands will give you a new one!!! Very disappointed with the brand and the team here. Finally I got a TEMPUR, at least if something happens they will replace it for sure. Worst ever, I don’t suggest it at all. Also I’m trying to put ONLY one start and only allows me to put 3….
