I bought king coil mattress for my parents back in Oct. 2020. After an year I saw mattress has been drowned a bit in certain areas and not uniformly. My last experience with other mattresses did not showed anything such. In case if these are early signs of any quality defect then it can be rectified ASAP( ax it was under warranty period). I called customer care many a times, wrote mail and asked the vendor from whom I purchased to follow through. The customer care services are so irresponsible, they always pacify, make random calls that our agent will reach out to you. It has been long and nobody reached as such.
Now I regret the decision of buying other brands in matress rather then going with the brand I used always.
