King koil mattress DEALER FRAUD !!. Review on King Koil Mattress

We decided to change our mattress and decided on King koil because of good reviews. But ended up with a bitter experience. We went to Om furnishings in DT city centre gurugram. He showed us all different options and we decided on Orthomatic DX. The dealer finalised the price and we were promised memory foam 2 pillows worth ₹7000. A person was sent to take measurements. He took measurements and asked for advance payment . We wanted the performa invoice with details so that everything is clear before payment . After insisting for long we managed to get the performa invoice via WhatsApp. We told him we will come tom to give advance payment as by then the measurements guy had left. Now today when we went to make advance payment he was very hesitant to continue and then suddenly he backed out of the promised offer of memory foam pillows. He was very rude and i am surprised how such a big company like KingKoil has such a dealer who backed out on his commitment . Kingkoil is spoiling its name by letting such dealers take charge of this high class brand .
