Hi Folks,
Here is a first hand experience on the Kinetic Style. It is a different thing that this vehicle is not manufactured anymore.
Looks
The Style was really a stylish scooter in its category, because the ''Pep'' has really stole that place now. The sharp nosed Scooty really could not stand in front of the Style. But the Tail lights and indicators are placed so low, that it breaks even if a cycle kisses your vehicle in the back. And I have replaced the whole set twice in one year. And now they say they dont get the indicator glasses anymore!!!!

Engine and Transmission:
Now this is one debatable area in Style. When it was new, the vehicle was quite zippy and smooth. The correct expression will be ''Hot Knife on a Butter Block'', yes Im not joking. This smoothness has always been the trademark of Kinetic. But NOW after 2 years, the Kinetic sucks!!! It cries, jolts and begs you to go without a pillion rider. This despite I never push vehicle beyond 45-50Kmph!!!

Riding Comfort & Handling:
Comfort & Handling was and is always Kinetic's forte of excellence. But this detoriarates once the vehicle is one or two year old. The worser problem is even the ''Kinetic Care'' service centers could not resolve this in the old vehicles. Despite the fact that the vehicle is used very very softly. The shock absorbers : If you take your wife/mother in the pillion, she is surely not going to enjoy the ride. Because, the seat design and size make them squeeze and slide when braking.

Performance & Mileage:
As said before, the performance in single is much better than with pillion rider. Mileage wise this one leaves much to wanting. The company promised 50+Km/L after the free services. Well, after two years I have not crossed 40!!!. That after I fill from the best petrol pump in Bangalore and always switch off in signals!!! The worst of all is the TANK CAPACITY, which is only 4 litres (I Dont know how the Official Description says 15.5 litres)!! This makes you visit the Petrol pump every 3 days!! :(

Maintenance:
One word I got for this scooter. ''PATHETIC''. The Kinetic guys like only the elder sister of this vehicle (the Kinetic Honda, DX, ZX etc). They look at this vehicle as a illegitimate child!!! One guy told me that there is nothing you can do for this vehicle to improve, maintenance wise!!.
