One of my friend was working with this organisation. He was such a hard worker and the company never recognized him. He used to tell the peole who dont work there sit and enjoy all the benefits from the company and those who work are still made to work hard.
The main thing was he quit his job because the salary was not paid on time, but a heavy work was extracted from him and he use to keep shut for whatever job is given to him.people who dont work and who know how to play a double game always enjoy.
Instead to share the work one man was forced to do the four man job and finally was paid 0.the company extract the work with no promotion, increment .and for the expirence there is no respect at all.
the career growth is a absolute zero.i would definetly not recommend this company to any one.there is no job security also.finally when it comes to salary NO SALARY N NO BENEFITS. this months salary would be paid may be by next month or two.
Because of non recognation the company has lost so many precious employers.Hope with this review atleast the company would try to retain good people.
