THE POWERFUL ENGINE OF COMET 250
The Comet 250 made by Hyosung Motors, brings breakthrough technology and performance with its 250cc, v-twin, 8 valve, oil-cooled engine.COMET has Powerful Engine which provides 27 bhp power which is far more superior than any other bike in india.COMET has a top speed of more than 140 km/hr.The v-twin, liquid cooled, 8 valve engine (which uses roller bearing camshafts, chain-driven DOHC valve gear operating on four valve per cylinder heads and using dual squish combustion chambers for optimum volumetric efficiency and twin down draught Mikuni CV carburettors for fuelling ) is very Effective.The ENGINE gives about 25 km per litre but hey what can you expect from 250 cc engine.
overall,about Engine I can that KINETIC have created a engine that we Indians were dreaming from Years.

SUSPENSION,BRAKES
The Front Suspension is Inverted type Telescopic Hydraulic, with magnesium finish to the outer tubes and is very good and the Rear one is Monoshock rear Hydraulically damped, 5 - stage Adjustable which is also Outstanding.Kinetic have also taken care of the safety of driver,they havent created a new type of helmet, but have created the most powerful Brakes in the market and COMET surprising have DISC Brakes on both wheels,yes forget about the old drum brakes Technology of 19th century and get the new Technology of 21th century(i m not trying to degrade drum brakes).The tyres are imported,the quality of tyres is very good.
Overall,the suspension is SUPERB and Brakes are Outstanding,and now dont need to take any precautions from Accidents,as you get the Best brakes in Town with COMET.

EXTRA FEATURES
COMET has Standard electric start(that is quite common) but it also has Massive tubeless tyres.so, goto the places,where other bikes cant. The Comet project initially started as a 250 and 650 based around the same cycle parts and hence (for the 250) every bit is oversized and over specced. Swing a leg over the Comet and she feels more like a 600 than a 250.
The extra features are very good and they will help the bikers and will also create a different image in front of everyone.

ON THE WHOLE
ON THE WHOLE,Kinetic have created a huge but Stylish and Sportive bike .The price is 1,63,000(ex showroom hyderabad) but 250cc, v-twin, liquid cooled, 8 valve engine,tubeless tyres,double disk brakes are for what they are charging so much. COMET250 is not everybody's CUP of tea.It has its own Admires and buyers.I have one for myself and if you want to look Matchless and want to create style of your own then get a COMET for yourself.
