Never believe or trust the word Äppointment" said or mentioned by KIMS. They do not know the real meaning of this word. My Mother was given an appointment for Executive health check up for 8.00 AM. When we reached there we realised the real meaning of this word. As per KIMS, the meaning of word Appointment is one who reach at 8.00 AM will be given with a token. Then there will be a priority as per this token and a long waiting like in front of Medical College Hospital. Also some of the staff are very rude and misbehave.
I live in North America. I suggest KIMS administration should spend some money to teach and educate their staff and system to improve these kind of nonsense going on in such a big establishment..
