Introduction:
I could hear my heartbeats as I heard a lady breathing heavily and that intense haunting song I heard in the background, 'Bang Bang My Baby Shot me Down....! " , I knew I was going to be swooned by Tarentino's magic yet again!
Overview :
The movie revolves around "the bride" taking her revenge on those who tried to kill her ( the members of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad) , Rajeev_Vermacially Bill who is the Man she wants to kill ultimately to set right all the wrong doing done to her. She mysteriously comes out of Coma and goes on a killing spree!
The Experience :
The movie is in two parts, Vol 1 and Vol 2, Vol 1 is fast and full of action and end at the right moment creating interest in the viewer , where as Vol 2 is more dialogue oriented and a little slow, in its entirety the movie is a fast paced thriller with enough action to raise your eyebrows and pop your eyeballs!
What's fascinating is all the blood shed in the movie doesn't make you go "Yuck! What's that?!" but makes you want to watch more of it, the action sequences are beautifully shot and are not at all gory, strangely enough you get used all the killing.
Writing and Direction :
Written and directed by Tarentino himself, this movie lives up to all the typical elements of a Tarentino movie, yet again chapter format of story telling is implemented, there is no particular sequence of events maintained and of course it is sleek, stylish and beautiful!
And ya! There are black and white and Cartoon portions too filled with as much as action in the colored portions!
Humor is almost an actor in the movie, whether it be the conversations of the bride with the members of the squad or the way Bi tch word is used with all the liberty! Over all screenplay is extremely good with some dialogues you will never forget! Watch out for that scene where Black Mamba is explained!

Performances:
There is something seriously wrong with you if you don't like Uma Thurman after watching this movie, she manages to go from a cold blooded murderer to a caring mother to a innocent victim at the drop of a hat. Its her movie and boy she owns it and how!
There is a kind of a strange chemistry between Bill ( David Carradine) and the Bride, its hard to put it into words, Remember that teacher in school whom you had a crush on who was much much elder to you? Its like that with violence in the backdrop!
Budd (Micheal Madsen) , Elle driver( Daryl Hannah) , Vernita Green ( Vivica A.Fox), O Ren Ishii (Lucy Liu) the Other members of the squad have done a fantastic job too, they do manage to send a chill down your spine from time to time!
My Take :
I enjoyed watching the movie thoroughly, loved laughing at the witty dialogues, Loved Uma Thurman but somewhere I can't deny the fact that the movie is highly illogical and sometimes even stupid! Somehow the bride doesn't generate any sympathy what so ever.. ! But keeping logic aside you need to watch the movie for an awesome experience!
