I am an avid shopper and I made biggest mistake ever, ie order a ps3 in this Loo.... I mean kidloo.Alrite u might have some doubts abt my authenticity, OK my order # 100025654. Paid the full amount for a PS3 on 18/10, ordered did not get confirmed for a day.
Called Customer care that operates in Hyderabad, customer care executive would say that she'll get back to you in 6hr, then u end up calling the next day cos their work timings are between (10am -7pm).
Everyday u call them these guys would either not pick up the call or a lady in a monotonous tone ( who might have a script or something) would say she'll get back to you.
So this went on for some time and then after 4 days I got really frustrated and called them and demanded an answer and then this guy answers saying they are working with procurement department( we all know this is B.S) to get hold of the product.
And then I call them again after a day and then the rep says she'll call again in 5 minutes and then they're outta here....no one calls, no one picks up the call and then after a day or so....ie on dussera day I get a mail saying my order has been cancelled.
One word for all you guys, STAY AWAY, THIS SITE IS B.S
STAY AWAY AND DONT GET DISAPPOINTED
There are so many better sites out there like flipkart, tradus , snapdeal etc...
