I did not expect much from '' Khushi ''. My premonition about the film proved to be absolutely true. It had the most incredible storyline.

The first 10 minutes of the film is sufficient to drive people away. Two children are born, one in calcutta and one in chamoli. They try to show that they are made for each other. Their parents come to a shop in mumbai and the two young children hold each other's hands. A close up of their hands is shown when they are separated. Atrocious.

Fardeen Khan enters the film with a song. Kareena Kapoor goes one step further. She launches into a ridiculuous dance the moment she returns home from college.

A little further into the film, fardeen and kareena expectedly fall in love. Then a most unexpected misunderstanding is created. The boy and the girl are sitting in a garden, trying to ''study''. Fardeen looks at the waist of kareena as her saree slips , and he sweats. This happens a number of times. A quarrel follows, and they break up.

Finally they make up, as they were supposed to, and brings us to the end of a torturous 3 hours.
