When you try to give ypur bike for service. They do not follow the procedures especially for new bikes and do not give a ear to your problems acting like they are astronauts.
Again while taking delivery I was not allowed to choose the bike from the available stock but as the vehicle was great, not a deal breaker for me. But they do need to improvise on customer service.
