Recently I purchased a new pulser bike and visited the khivraj bajaj showroom in marathalli. I will focus on the thing that although they have stock but their service is very poor. From the first day itself they do not care aboit the customers and it seems that they have no value for the customer.
We went there on the 31st of march to have a look at the bike. The manager is the only person who was available there with 2 staffs. He seemed least interested and was talking in a very rude manner. We went to their garage to see the colour of the bike. There was a bike which seemed new and when we told them we want that one he said its already sold. We had look around to see if same model and colour is available anymore. One was there which seed a little used but they told after cleaning it will be okay and we agreed.
We went back to the store to negotiate the price but there was no negotiation and he was adamant about the price. Anyways we agreed because that it is how it should be as the prices are determined by the brand. But the negative review is about the service they provide. We again went on sunday after asking whether they would be open. And when told for a test drive he made excise that test drives are not allowed on sunday. Also we were told that insurance amount will go up grom the next day and final price will be received by sunday. But after going and wasting our time he was like the price has not yet come and insurance papers would not be given to us.
However we took the bike and told them to send the papers by monday morning and thankfully they did that. Yet again we had to go to bring our service book and number plate and we were kept waiting for half an hour inspite of all payments made with the manager making faces and behaving rudely that you cannot get everything as soon as you come. When all the papers were ready they should have kept them so that customers can vome and just take them.
Even putting on the number plate took so long for them. And moreover the worst part was the way he was behaving as if he is doing us a favour. When we were asking questions or clearing the procedure he was very irritated. This kind of service is not expected from a store person who is there to sell product because we customers are paying for them and not taking it for free and it is our right to ask questions.
I think it was a mistake on my side to purchase from there even after reading reviews and all. So I would suggest people to take the reveiws seriously and not suffer like me.
