Bad service overall. going back to the service station after the service is like a normal thing there(coz they will miss something for sure).
u have to wait at least 45 mins for the bike delivery after the service(no exceptions).
even if they call and tell u to come take the bike, it will be still in the second floor, u have to ask several people to take the bike from there to basement.
bad management.
poor work environment.
the building is soooo shitty, don't know how they got the approval for that palce.
there is no proper way to go to the service station on the second floor other than a small lift from the basement.
no staircase from basement. u have to wait, wait, wait for the lift to be free. remember there is a bajaj service station on the 1st floor also.
